The Drug Education Agency has been operating for 8 years in the Western Cape. We are a non-profit, faith based organization focusing on assisting families and individuals already caught up in drug addiction as well as providing prevention by means of education to the schools and corporate companies.

All of our staff have overcome drug addiction in their own lives and are now trying to help fight the scourge of drug use in South Africa. Our core focus is education in the schools, we do not believe in hit and run tactics, we believe that you need to build into the lives of the learners and walk a road with them.

We also assist in placement into rehabilitation for those who are already caught up in addiction.

We also run a parents support/training group for parents who have children in rehabilitation. We believe that parents need to be educated on how to handle the recovering addict and that this is one of the most important parts of the recovery.
